Second Beach is one of a chain of beaches outside of La Push, Washington. About a 1 mile hike from the main road, Second Beach is a popular spot for hikers, surfers, and photographers. Known for it's driftwood and seastacks, it truly is an amazing place.
Washington Pass is an excellent place to take a break while crossing the North Cascades Highway. With a lookout and views of Liberty Bell Mountain, it is definitely a highlight of any trip.
On the southern shore of San Juan Island is Cattle Point. Looking out at Lopez Island, the Cascades, and the Puget Sound. Smiley was nice enough to hike out and wait while I took pictures.
