This hidden canyon is not far off the beaten path, but it might as well be. Jest a bit down the road from some of the busiest places on the South Coast, we hd this canyon and waterfall all to ourselves. IT is a really unique experience as you have to hike up the stream and at one point use chains attached to the rocks to navigate past a short waterfall.
Gljufrabui is a small waterfall in a canyon near Seljalandsfoss. There is literally a line to get this photo. There is also lots of water in the air making it a tough photo to get. I had Melissa get up on the rock for the photo. A fun spot, but a bit too crowded for my taste.
Skogafoss is an impressive waterfall on the South Coast of Iceland. It is also a busy one with multiple tour buses showing up. I was patient with this photo to get some time between the buses and since I was rather close, I was able to get a clean picture. At this point however the rain had started back up and combined with the falls, there was mist everywhere.
